The Chilson Chicken BBQ Returns on August 14!
At last…the big Chilson Chicken BBQ is back! After a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this year’s Annual Chilson Volunteer Fire Department Chicken Barbecue will be held on Saturday, August 14th.
- Everyone is invited to join us that day from noon until 4:00 p.m. at the fire department’s Chilson Community House, 60 Putts Pond Road.
- The famous Chilson BBQ Chicken dinner with all the fixin’s will be served from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Tickets are just $15.00.
- As always, there will be entertainment all day by celebrated local musicians, and, of course, exciting raffles for valuable prizes.
Dinner tickets will be on sale on the day of the event, or can be purchased on any Tuesday evening at the firehouse from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For advance BBQ ticket sales send an e-mail to ChilsonVFD@ gmail. com, or call (518) 585-6951.
Best get your tickets early – since we weren’t able to have a BBQ last summer, we’ve got a lot of fun to catch up on! Odds are that this year’s event will sell out early!
